Twelve-Hour Training Course for the Adopt-A-School Ministry
These power-packed sessions are designed to prepare you and your team for ministry in the public schools. You’ll learn the essentials of carrying the gospel into the public schools, how to avoid common pitfalls, and how to effectively organize and carry on an after-school ministry. Participants will learn the basics of preparing to teach the lesson and utilizing the materials available from CEF. You’ll learn how to teach memory verses to children and how to use games to review and reinforce what you are teaching. In short, you’ll learn how to be successful in after school ministry.

Super Seminars for Children’s Ministry Workers
Super Seminars are custom-designed training sessions for those who minister to children. The days and the duration of the seminar are flexible, and the content of the seminar is flexible. Super seminars are ideal for sharpening the skills of Sunday School teachers and churchtime workers. Available topics include:

- Developing Effective Bible Lessons
- Dealing with Discipline Issues
- How to Lead a Child to Christ

Christian Youth in Action for Summer Missionaries
Christian Youth in Action (C.Y.I.A.) is the arm of CEF that trains teenagers to do ministry among children. As the largest children’s ministry in the world, CEF has the experience to help your teens be able to carry the gospel into neighborhoods around your church and throughout your community. Christian Youth in Action uses a one-week camp to provide intensive training for summer ministry. Youth will learn how to present Bible lessons, share the gospel in a clear and concise manner, and how to lead children in exciting games and songs – all designed to powerfully communicate God’s truth to children. Once camp is over, teens utilize what they have learned in summer ministry doing Five Day Clubs. They will have the opportunity to be used of God to effectively communicate the gospel, and they will see God work in and through them as they serve.
